Sarah M. Foster started her legal career in the litigation and employment law practice groups at the Polsinelli firm of Kansas City. She was Chief Prosecutor for the City of Overland Park for three years. She has an additional four years of prosecutorial experience as an Assistant District Attorney in Sedgwick County.
Sarah M. Foster has decades of experience and expertise resolving family disputes. She served as Deputy Court Trustee for the 18th Judicial District and worked in private practice prior to joining Hartenstein Poor & Foster, LLC., in 2022.
Sarah M. Foster is a native Wichitan and a graduate of Wichita Collegiate School. She now has an office within walking distance of the Courthouse!
