ERIC A. HARTENSTEIN
“I get up every morning and march into a courtroom. This is law firm handles more drug and alcohol cases than any other in the Wichita metro. I’m proud of the work that we do in helping people resolve their legal problems. I’m proud of the work that we do in helping people with their recovery. This is more than a job … it’s a calling.”
Eric A. Hartenstein, a Wichita native and Southeast High School graduate, began his career as a public finance and real estate development attorney. From 1987 to 2000, he transitioned into the aviation industry, serving as President and General Manager of Aerospace Products, Inc., a privately held aircraft parts manufacturer. In this role, he managed international contracts and led a team of 45 highly skilled technical employees.
After returning to law, Eric established a strong reputation as an aggressive litigator and criminal defense attorney. He is also a Kansas-registered Guardian Ad Litem.
In addition to his legal practice, Eric has contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Friends University, where he taught MBA students in areas such as commercial contracting, legal structures, risk management, human resources, real estate, and taxation.
